Learning Curve

It is lovely to work at this company, good working relationship with colleagues, great teamwork, I have learned alot and the trainings provided has also made me competent in different work areas. Unfortunately there is no further development or growth for me therefore I would like to seek better opportunities and also meet other challenges

Good learning environment

It's exciting to work for the company as I meet new people with different backgrounds, different case types of matter and it is quite warming to have someone opening up to me with their problems, more especially so with the legal problems and I always intend to do my best in assisting them.

Great opportunities to learn.

It is challenging at first, but once you get the hang of things it becomes easier. The people are great, work environment is great. The disadvantage is working on Saturdays.

Excellent learning opportunities

The work load is challenging due to a lack of staff compliment. The most challenging part of working here is managing weekend work with my current lifestyle. Scorpion does however offer great opportunities for learning and development. They are continously sending all staff for training to improve the quality of service given to clients, that is what I love most about the company

Excellent culture

The place has a certain warmth about it. People are the Best to work with. Motivating environment. Self driven passionate individuals. However, the commission structure is not lucrative. They cut dialing time. Thus affect our commission.

Excellent

Excellent relationship with co-workers and learners team player. Very challenging at times however gives and opportunity to grow personally. I have learnt a lot about people in general. It gives great pleasure to see learners developing and achieving what they thought was impossible.

Exelĺlent learning experience

It has a good employee relationship but management are not hand on in building good working enviroment. No space for growth at all, no promottions and the salary scale is too low,you will always complain about money even on pay day.Working hours are too long and demanding wuth lots if stress

There really isn't much to say about it

I don't have anything positive to say. It's a stable income. There isn't much room to grow and the working environment is quite toxic. I want out. An admitted attorney with experience in practice has to justify their findings to a person who merely has a certificate in labour law about an MVA, criminal, civil law matter-its ridiculous but oh well. I hope this enough characters now, I would rather not say more than this
