Various manufacturing process provides wide range of process to learn from.
The company gives an opportunity to expand and advance in your career of choice and also learn more in specific manufacturing processes. It is one of the largest foundries in Africa and produces large amount of castings for various sectors. Overall, the learning curve never stop at Scaw Metals.

APPRENTICE FITTER
I was working as an apprentice fitter over four years but now I am a qualified mechanical fitter and I am looking for a position available in your company. I am friendly person who enjoys maintaining a good relationship with everyone. I am a team player. I am a fast learner and can anticipate the future. I am able to work breakdown, shift and under pressure.

Excellent skill developing
Worked 3 day shift it has some challenges based on transportation but I've managed when time goes on, we were working as a team as we were operating big mechine it required 5 people, i can say i am a team player and a leader, in manufacturing process time its critical and raw materials must be used correctly to avoid unnecessary costs
Pros: Company does give their employees platform to become better than were they are.

Exposure to different fields of work metallurgy, water care and chemical analysis
Great management and fair working hours Week day only With wide range of work to do, one never gets bored of work Exciting place with nice co workers and good mentor Learnt great presenting skills and communication skills Enjoyed learning different fields e.g Hydrology and matellurgy Challenge was transferring knowledge to operators that has been working there for decades, because they feel they is nothing I can share that they don't know

National Diploma in financial management
I would like to express my interest in the field of finance. I am a hard working individual who has the ability to work hard and under pressure. I am a well groomed individual, self motivated, a team player and I have passion with working with different people with different personalities. I have the qualification in financial management but most of my experience is in admin/ Finance such as reconciliation, data capturing and recording of invoices and send the for payment and more of admin field.
Pros: I wold like to explore in the field of finance
Cons: I am a hard working individual who does not mind working for long hours to complete the work flow when necessary especially when there is a a deadline

Improvement learn skills
Under pressure company working conditions and with good working co-workers There is alot most challenging jobs. I enjoy working with the people that have motivation thinking’s and appreciate people. I have learn alot and have alot of experience
