A good learner who works deligently
I had a good relationship with colleagues I was friendly and kind to my superiors and my juniors.It was good working at scaw metals i enjoyed Doing routine maintenance Practising Health and safety Being a team player Attending breakdowns Working on the furnaces and other machinery What was challenging the most is to work on the following sectors: Working on heights Working in awkward positions Working on Isolated moving machinery Working shifts.

Learning Curve
-Morning meeting and SHE box talk -Job cards of Daily services -preparations of spares -Team player most we work in pairs, each day different partner,willing to come attend a call out even if you are not on standby but to help a colleague to get the job done. -Listening to junior artisans and apprentices you can learn a lot -Solving Hydraulic or Pneumatic recurring problems -Stopping the plant due to electromechanical problem too long

Excellent
I am a fast learner, i had to learn a totally new working system in my last job and i was up and running within a couple of weeks. I have a right combination of skills and experience for this job. I also bring the additional quality of strong analytical and problem solving

Exellent Learning curve
A nromal day at my company is like this, i report to my shift eithet day or nigjt to the mechanical Forman or engineer. He then gives me a job card which I have to complete the tasks written down and write down a shift report on how things went for the day. Its abverybprofdessioal environment and me snd the production personnel have a good working relationship and mutual respect.

I am currently a Project Engineer and have the following duties and responsibilities: 30 personnel reporting to me, safety statistics, section maintenance, developments, projects, plant availability, KPI, team coaching, Engineering budget control, Switching: High Tension (22; 11; 6.6 kV) , Medium Voltages (525, 380 V) , Siemens S7 plc

It good experience and a learning curve for me
to be honest it is a very good company to work for with good benefits, a company who always like to see people progress or I should say upgrade or grow in the company. my relationship with the workers is very good as well as well as the working hours too. including management as well they are the kind of people who wants the jobs to be done on time but they not harsh people the reason for the to apply for this vacancy is because I live very far from the work place and the petrol costs too much a month, as well as your salary offer is too good for me.
