Excellent learning curve

I loved working for SBV I was recently retrenched and seeking a career opportunity. I am willing to travel or relocate and have my own vehicle. I do a lot of cold calling, calling on existing clients and marketing new products. Monthly reports and meetings with my team. I have learnt a lot while working for SBV. It is a challenge doing sales and marketing in our country's current economic state but it taught me to get creative with selling. I am a team player, I enjoy working as a team or independently, love staying active and enjoy going to the gym daily to blow off some steam.

Pros: Good income when successful at selling a product boost my ego
Cons: Hard work, away from home a lot

Learn how to work independently and priorities. And to work under pressure. And still deliver excellent service to our our client and meeting the daily targets.

Great starte kit and experience

Demanding Have to be proactive Be able to work under pressure Be accurate Be aware of your environment Be neat Be punctual Work long hours and yet underpaid No family time Salaries decrease annually Can't see your overtime Strainious shifts with no rest in between No growth No appreciatiation

Excellent learning curve

It is an awesome company with great opportunities. There is a few adjustments that can be made in the system to improve. Time is a big factor. Co-workers was nice, but under severe stressed. Moral standards and values was always kept high.
