It is a stressful environment ,working under pressure and you have to services our client wants their money in their bank now yet she or he is not the only client we are dealing with but we tried all our level best to make our client happy .and retail department you see different people with different culture most of the time its exciting and it what i enjoy e lots meetingwith different character's. And i learn to be a hard worker and be patient know what you wants in life.

Learn how to work independently and priorities. And to work under pressure. And still deliver excellent service to our our client and meeting the daily targets.

Excellent learning curve
I loved working for SBV I was recently retrenched and seeking a career opportunity. I am willing to travel or relocate and have my own vehicle. I do a lot of cold calling, calling on existing clients and marketing new products. Monthly reports and meetings with my team. I have learnt a lot while working for SBV. It is a challenge doing sales and marketing in our country's current economic state but it taught me to get creative with selling. I am a team player, I enjoy working as a team or independently, love staying active and enjoy going to the gym daily to blow off some steam.
Pros: Good income when successful at selling a product boost my ego

I got an experience in banking industry,they gave me opportunity to gain experience on hw to deal with clients,how to deposit money to the client's bank account ,how to deal with work load pressure...

Excellent learning curve

Proactive
My current job is one off the interesting job ever. Working with money all the time and meeting all targets of the day sometimes it is a bit stressful. Sometimes working with a team it more easy although not all give same view, they will want to do things differently. Since I joined the company and the team, it's been a joy able path.

It was challenging, and worthy. Working for SBV is good
Working for sbv was a good challenging experience and it's worth it. The only challenging thing is the long work hours. And working for the company makes you grow and independent.
