SAPS Reviews

Excellent

Working under saps is challenging sometimes yoy have to leave your family midnight to go and assist other families attend to them till you make sure that everything is sorted at the very same time you are working for free but you dont have a choice cos they said u must comply and complain later. My relationship with my co workers is good as we are working hand in hand to improve service delivery. I have learnt to be confident with my job work hard to improve service delivery. I enjoy to see my client happy abd appreciate the job i did for them. Is to leave your family behind at night alone knowing very well that like it or not you have to leave them and attend into those complaints or cases

Pros: Yes im standing in a good position to see myself progressing.
Cons: I dont mind working long hours as long as im going to win.

Excellent learning curve

My workday in the SAPS start even before I am on duty,I am the type of person who like to give my best and my positive and friendly attitude towards my co-workers always my the environment a positive one.I have learned alot in the SAPS as Investigator but I honestly feel that I can apply my skills outside and get even better results.I enjoy getting positive results and really enjoy it when my work is up to date one day before the time.I think the most challenging is working with difficult customers but I have learned that it is not always bad to get a bit of pressure from your supervisor.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Over Long hours

Good learning environment

Working at SAPS has taught me on how to develop good working relationship with colleagues and have excellent teamwork skills. The travelling around the world meeting all kinds of people and adapt to changes of audit managers has helped me to know and understand different working styles and conditions. Most challenging aspects of the job was the extensive travelling.
