Excellent learning curve

It's a great place to work at because we make a difference in people's lives in every call we receive, it's an emergency contact centre so you get the adrenaline rush all the time, we have a great working relationship between junior members, inter mediate and management staff, and we maintain it by having team building events often. We have refresher courses every quarter so we always alert.

Pros: We are many so promotions come by slowly
Cons: It's far from where I stay

Expert in investigation and intelligence gathering.

The job I did at saps included running covert intelligence and prosecution driven operations. I managed and trained a team of dedicated men and women to achieve positive objectives and goals. My job included excessive driving around gauteng province and also to other provinces like Limpopo, mpumalanga, KZN, Western cape , free state northern cape and north west. I have learnt how to interact with people from different backgrounds and cultures. On a daily basis I had to deal with loads of tasks from top management and clients and to adequately task my team mates and subordinates. To reach success was a tough challenge in respect of the time frame set but it was possible.

Pros: Career development
Cons: Over time

I adapt easily at any given environment with very minimum supervision

I interact with clients daily and manage to deal with various challenges when arise. I learnt to be patient and have a good listening skills. I enjoy helping co-workers when struggling to cope with their work. I also enjoying working as team in order to achieve a common desired results. The most challenging aspects of the job when given short time to produce report, it makes one to work under a lot of pressure.

Pros: Greater opportunity to acquire more knowledge in terms of project management and growth to higher level
Cons: working overtime on weekends
