Excellent learning curve

I provide exceptional administrative and clerical duties to Advisers. Where my responsibilities includes handling Clients, Prepare Quotations, Auto new Business, taking down messages, schedule meeting and appointments, receive and send e-mail, making follow-ups on business submitted, maintain reception area and answering phone calls.

get to know the latest trends and keeping up to date with the latest technology changes. meeeting new people keeping up with the latest changes i love the company they good to their people and care personally what happened in their lives. they want their people to succeed and guide them them in the correct direction.

Good working environment

i have learned a lot but i feel no growth here .long hours are fine and the rate is not so good but the environment is friendly and easily adaptable we get to meet different characters of client and the pressure is high sometimes especially on cutoff dates we work very hard to produce desired results

Outstanding growth curve

Resilience is the best strategy within sanlam, which is the mother of persistence and consistency as well. This grows one as a person, and push you to do your work as your 120% A typical work day means waking up to meeting new personalities, new behaviors and new cultures at most cases of different companies in this scenario. You get to learn how all kinds of people work by interacting with them through the phone or rather personally. I have the best co-workers, willing to help but at the same time are able to perform their duties level best, they are all dedicated. As mentioned below, inner growth, dealing with different personalities as well as the experience of sales. Calling people and the administration is what I enjoy the most. Challenges has to my salary.

Well known and established company that is growing as one of the giant insurence company.

-We are target driven company on daily basis and the relationship with o-workers is quit excellent and motivational more especially working as a team and wiliness to assist one another incase one is co-worker request for assistance. -I have learnt about client centricity and the enforcement of putting customer first attitude. -Team building and motivation from co-workers and managers. -The most challenging aspects is when the system are not working perfectly and the fore as a results customers request are not met on time however delayed and that reflects bad impression about the company itself and the co-workers.

It has offered me the chance to experience how the field of work i have chosen.

I have learnt to type much faster as it is something I am doing on daily basis. I am also working very closely with clients and potential advisers, which has taught me great people skills. The most challenging aspects of my job is the cold-calling I often entail, but I have learnt to master of art of cold-calling and I am enjoying the company vibes as everyone gets along and is friendly.

I've learnt to work harder as most of my earnings are commission based. Learnt to write my own cheque . Also to be a team player, have many prospects and leads. And created more appointments with potential clients.
