I learned to be patient when working with difficult clients and you must always submit on time to avoid problems The challenging part it when the customer doesn't pay what they promised

Excellent learning curve

I have fair relationship with my colleques and management, the problem is when you work in a company i work for chances of having opportunities from internal are slim because for instance i am sturdying to obtain my GCC but my company doesnt support that move.

Pros: Great opportunity for learning
Cons: Less opportunity for promotion and growth

I've learned a lot about hydraulic and automative systems through out my time working at Sandvik

I'm am responsible for maintaining high standards on Sandvik Trackless Mobile Machines. From repairing cracks to fabricating new covers and brackets according to manufacturing specifications and standards. It is my duty to be responsible for all boilermaker breakdowns with the fastest downtime as possible.

Pros: Gaining training on automotive related courses
Cons: No or small opportunity for promotion
