They are sending employees to courses

it is a safe place to work as safety is their priority, i had a good relation with my co -workers and my seniors i have learnt team work , fair play , openness , customer focus plans and i had learnt to be a hardworker and patiency to complete the daily tasks

Obtaining my certificate in export management

Currently in SCM department as a Logistics/Shipping Administrator at Sysmex South Africa office in Ferndale, Randburg, specializing in the Freight, Shipping, Trade Compliance and Projects and SAP exposure. Taught me to be in control of situations and how to deal with difficult people

This is a site based job and as a Technician i always work alone with customers so interaction with other wokers from my company is minimal.I do enjoy being in control of the situation and being target oriented and finish jobs within the prescribed timeframe.

Pros: Always challenging situations
Cons: Less opportunities for development(promotion) and the salaries are low

Eye opening and intimidating

I have worked both in retail hardware and restaurant. Then i went to work for Sandvik as a storeman, and went to work as a warehouse parts receiving and dispatch department. I was then transferred to work on the machines on a mine.

Pros: Great exposure, opportunity and a learning curve.
Cons: working underground

Cnc programmer

I have completed a National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (S1, S2, S3, S4&in-service training). I decided to apply for this position because of my previous experience in Production (Engineering) environment ,CNC Programming &Operating, Tool & Die Making, draughting, fitting, turning and I believe that I can also make a positive contribution in your company. I am also capable in using edgecam and willing to learn more skills.
