Excellent learning curve

It's great company and give a good discipline, leadership with lots of organisational skill. It's a great platform to render your service to your country. You are given all the necessary skills to grow career wise and social. It teachers you to work independently and in a team with out any difficulties. Their physical training teaches discipline, team work and leadership.

Occupational Health and Safety Officer I have job security but I did reached the point

My co - workers and I enjoy each other’s company as a work team. We do learn a lot from each other every day, due to the fact that OHS is a ever changing environment I enjoy implementation of new systems to better the work environment it is also the most challenging aspect of my job

Great experience

working for SANDF come with great challenge and lot of adaptation. Relationships created with collegye are the greatest and strong on. Type of work i learnt had is a lot even beyond tge HR field. Learned importance of teamwork and discipline
