A great steping block for greater meaning

A typical day in my work enviroment is to make sure that al the instructions from higher HQ are executed on the ground level after it has been seen by my commander you have to work in a team to make sure an instruction has been done by the correct section in the unit it is sometimes very stressful to meet all the target dates

Pros: you get to develope your leadership skills
Cons: do not have a permanent income

ODETDP FACILITATOR, ASSESSOR AND MODERATOR

I am Makgale Johannes Motaung currently working as an Part time facilitator and assessor under the department of Defence. i enjoy working with a large number of people especially with new projects. This help me to grow mentally and vocabulary and help me to make informed decisions on my daily task. During my years of employment i have learned that better communication, transparency and consistency are the key drive to ones success.

Good leadership qualities

I'm a man who worked at the SA Army for 10 years and my driving experience in the same company is 6 Years.I'm disciplined and I follow orders as instructed.I therefore believe that my experience if it's taken to another company,can help it into reaching greater heights.I am a multi functional because I can work either as a Team or as an individual.

Provide expert inputs with regards to OHS for the formulation of the DOD Log ,Sup Fmn plans. ii. Integrate and co-ordinate OHS strategic guidelines. iii. Integrate co-ordinate and recommend OHS financial estimates. iv. Compile, integrate, co-ordinate and recommend OHS Business Plans. v. Integrate and co-ordinate DOD Log Sup Fmn OHS Policy. 2 Prevision of correct and timely information

New challenge

I need a challenge as I've encountered and overcome all possible challenges in my current environment. Ive deployed in the DRC as a logistical officer of the RSA contingent over period 2013-2014. My duties in the Unit includes purchasing, administration and the day to day logistics.

My job discription

I issue uniform to army members,maintaining the store and ensure tht all the issue voucher are subtmitted to the relevant people.I have a well established relationship with my co-workers and respect is matual.I have learnt to oporate underpressure ,to work with different type of people and respect time.I enjoy normally to work under supply chain section because is were i specialized at.Working with old people who dont want to adapt to changes is always a problem.

Excellent good speaker

Punctuality good,relationshipovercome all the challenges ,I've leant to respect other people, ambitious somebody ,adventurousness,likes reading ,etching TV after hours,speaking other languages ,I've courses like Transport level 1and2 ,calmis course, computer courses eg: basic computer ,advance computer ,ICDL ( international computer drivers licence), E-procure, Military license,

Pros: Attending courses to achieve more goals on my career and for promotions
Cons: Long working hours eg.24hours

Good thing to do

We do patrols,parate drills,road blocks.We also do military operations in foreign countries like Democratic Republic of Congo,Burundi,Sudan and Central African Republic.
