Excellent and productive company, my co workers are very much friendly and helping.

SAAB GRINTEK DEFENSE is a great company that I will recommend to work with. They are friendly and easy to work with, their culture accommodate everyone in the company. They pay well but they can not meet all our needs since we have different responsibilities.

Excellent learning curve

Saab Grintek Defence was the best employment I have had. I have learned the whole supply chain process and given this opportunity as only a maintenance technician. I enjoyed everyday working g on the production area with the production staff. Repairs and maintenance of all the machines in the facility was a pleasure. Working flexy hour was suitable for most staff members.

Pros: There was lots of learning opportunity. The industry is interesting and you have the power to influence how things are done. Work hours were perfect

Excellent growth and development

Strong knowledge on electronic components (component Identification) Soldering and de-soldering skills Fault finding & maintenance of different electronic circuits Excellent skill and methods in the rework of surface mount assemblies Testing and fault finding of LRU and sub assembly level.

Am doing strategically fine.

I have a good relationship with other executives. A day is very challenging with concepts that I vave to develop and meetings to attend. What challenges me in the job is to develop strategic HR interventions like Succession Planning, Strategic Workforce Planning and others.

Pros: The Company manufactures good and valuable products.
Cons: Executive team not very strategic in my view and lack performance accountability.
