Great organization with excellent people. friendly managers and fellow colleagues .

it is very great because everyone is treated with respect. the opportunities we get exposed to are good and challenging because we work on products that saves lives against challenges like terrorists and thieves. i enjoy testing the products because you learn about the power of technology. the most challenging things is fault finding.

Improve skill Set and give opportunities to grow

Large scale with common culture contributions and constantly learning to do things Better, transformation under way but the common goal is the client. The company is international and has open source trade opportunies with other countries and ability to work in any country given the opportunity. Vast skill Set attained through collaboration with other departments

Excellent learning curve

Saab Grintek Defence was the best employment I have had. I have learned the whole supply chain process and given this opportunity as only a maintenance technician. I enjoyed everyday working g on the production area with the production staff. Repairs and maintenance of all the machines in the facility was a pleasure. Working flexy hour was suitable for most staff members.

Pros: There was lots of learning opportunity. The industry is interesting and you have the power to influence how things are done. Work hours were perfect

Excellent learning and growing environment

I work with 4 young industrial engineering, we work mostly with the ERP/IFS System doing the production and supply chain work , fixing the routine sheet, doing 5s , time study and fixing the MRB cases and doing the process improvement. we have a very good work and personal relationship with my co-workers and every Thursday we have a culture break where we discuss about our work environment and how our line managers treat us and how is our ideal work place . I enjoy working as a team and getting project to run on my own where I grow and get a chance to apply my engineering skills and techniques. The most challenging aspects it's when you do work and not being recognized and not even get a feedback on how you can improve and also I do the same work as my co-workers but I don't get the same salary as them and we have the same qualifications.

Lot of white people, less black people, no balance.
