Extremely long hours, plenty of empty promises. Management is segregated from the staff. Operations staff work together to make it through each shift but very gloomy atmosphere.

Great company to work for
I am a highly self-motivated hardworking and organized person. I am vibrant, energetic and go over and beyond what is expected of me to ensure that I maintain my strong work ethic. I grasp issues and ideas concisely. I am accustomed to meeting targets whilst working under pressure and remaining accurate. As such I would like to establish myself in a dynamic environment, where my extensive training in administration, picking and dispatching may be fully utilized. As such, I would like to commerce my acquired skills into practice in the corporate world of warehousing and administration

Its okay.
The company could do better in my opinion to better the lives of their employees, we don’t have enough equipment on site, we don’t earn much, I haven’t seen a lot of people move up the corporate ladder since I started here.

Excellent leaning
I'm able to load and offload scan the parcel in to Trip for distribution.dispatch and receiving cargo. booking of delivery and tracking parcel, solve customer queries. I'm always carrying out the job assigned to me without postponed and able to work effectively with people from different backgrounds.

Worked my way up in the company from assistant to Branch manager.
I am a self motivated individual that are target driven and can work well under pressure and without Supervision. I have over 21 years of experience in the road and airfreight industry on management level, I started with my previous company as a van assistant, and managed to work my way up to Branch Manager level in the airfreight department, through knowledge gained over the years since I started with the Company.
Pros: Good benefits with the company.
Cons: 15 hour shifts including weekends with no overtime paid.

Good company,no growth, little salary, work hours are long
Its long hours with little salary, lovely people to work with, we were like family.this company gave me experience but no chance for growth. Rude boss.
