Excellent learning curve

It's good working there but I wanna grow and see things differently . It is indeed intelligent logistics but as a man I need to change and start contributing to the success of other companies and see them grow.

We excellent in delivering quality products

We excellent in delivering quality.I have enjoyed working to RTT polo . because everyone respect each other .we worked 9 hours per day , the company provides polo clothing .the management allowed US to teach each other how to do job and create a team work . remember g work can bring a company growth also a better profit.

Pros: We have time to teach each other how to do job
Cons: We work 9 hours per day and 1 hour lunch.

Picker and packer, general jobs, and delivery assistance.Am good with team player with my coll.workibg together to achieve the goal.i enjoy picker and delivery assistance.the most challenging job I came across it was the day I started to pick but I can.woreague.rg

You are just a number. No rewards or recognition of hard work or long hours. 12 years of service and I have got no where. Loyalty doesn’t mean anything to them.

Inconsistent management

Extremely long hours, plenty of empty promises. Management is segregated from the staff. Operations staff work together to make it through each shift but very gloomy atmosphere.
