Worked my way up in the company from assistant to Branch manager.
I am a self motivated individual that are target driven and can work well under pressure and without Supervision. I have over 21 years of experience in the road and airfreight industry on management level, I started with my previous company as a van assistant, and managed to work my way up to Branch Manager level in the airfreight department, through knowledge gained over the years since I started with the Company.
Pros: Good benefits with the company.
Cons: 15 hour shifts including weekends with no overtime paid.

Excellent learning curve
I have been working at RTT for 4 years end of January. A typical day at the office - i would normally start at 6am, run report for the 8am and 10am deliveries due for the day. Ensure those go out. We would need to get the verbals from the drivers for the 8/10am deliveries from the drivers. I started at the company as the receptionist, was promoted to customer service after less than a year, moved to airfreight operations and recently will be moved to the imaging department where we are responsible for the scanning of PODs into the system. I have a good relationship with most of my co-workers as i can and do get along with everyone. I have learnt alot as i have as i have had the opportunity to work in the different departments and thats what i find the most challenging is that i have the opportunity to learn new things on a daily basis, deal with dont different people.
Pros: Get to learn new things daily
Cons: No real opportunity for growth...only move from department to department but never up

Good learning
I'm mentally sophisticated determined;goal orientated Person ready to learn new things My job is to check the trucks plates the driver of the truck correct load on the truck monitoring the forklifts managing the team constant communication with the customers to assure them about their consignments to be dilivered on time not forgetting house keeping including health and Safety measures at all times

Good company,no growth, little salary, work hours are long
Its long hours with little salary, lovely people to work with, we were like family.this company gave me experience but no chance for growth. Rude boss.
