Excellent learning curve
Working for three Managers each with their own program was very challenging and I enjoyed every minute, also reporting to CEO of the company and carrying out tasks for him(driving), also assisting other colleagues in the Corporate branch of the company with Adhoc admin tasks gave me great job satisfaction.
Pros: Everyday was a new challenge

Excellent learning person, always on time and active team player.
I enjoy the most to work with different people every day, and to learn more about companies. i learn more about safety and safety courses. how the create documents and how to bind it> I am getting along with all the people I am working with. The most challenging thing was the month end. I am start working at 06:30 in the mornings. I learn to solve problems. The only problem I have is a language barrier when they can't talk English or Afrikaans, and can't read or write.
Pros: Nights shifts, early hours, team player, eager to help others, own transport, pro-active,learn very easy.
Cons: Don't drink or party, always working, don't do horseplay, very quite

I’m a Senior Project Cost Estimator with years’ experience and in t
ESTIMATING: Various type of estimating experience: Petrochem, Refineries, Mining & Minerals, Nuclear, Power Stations, Breweries, Paper mills, Manufacturing, etc. My experience covers a wide spectrum of project estimating, (i.e. feasibility-, order of magnitude- and semi-detailed estimates) from concept- to de QUANTITY SURVEYOR: Assisted with the continuous flow of measuring, drawing quantity take-offs versus contractor’s bid of work as per site instructions and/or plan variations by means of estimating the instruction and compare with contractors labour rates as per contract. Various discussions and problem solving with sub-contractors throughout the construction phase. COST ENGINEERING: A Cost Report, representing the Budget plus approved changes and trends, is submitted to the Client monthly including a Forecast to complete plus committed/actual costs and changes on possible deviation from the original budget. This includes supply, construction and engineering manhours.
Pros: MY BIGGEST ACHIEVEMENT: a) On a specific project at Sasol last year, the quotation came found too high. I started a Thumbs-up estimate comparing with the quote received. My action was successful and cut their cost from R28m to R18m by negotiation/discussions with Contractor by highlighting their errors. b) Another achievement was similar and save the company some R3m on R10m job. c) One of my biggest achievements was an estimate done for DRA on the Inkosi Imbasa project in Rustenburg area for Afplate Mining Group. The estimating provided the Common Surface Infrastructure, Shaft Surface Complex, Main Shaft, Ventilation Shaft, Capital development and equipment, Concentrator plant and the associated indirect costs. The cost for this project was R17bn and Life of Mine 42years.

Acceptable rating
Doing an acceptable job mangers rating 3 in JD SUPPLY CHAIN. Managing the service function of the service centre and drive a customer centric culture to achieve CUSTOMER SERVICE LEVELS TARGETS . Previous in JD FINANCIAL SERVICES rating 5. To manage and control the delivery of Financial service products and services to consumers in order to satisfy consumer requirements and to maximize the business unit's profitability.
Pros: started as ref clerk in 1989 and moved up last position as customer services manger until retrenchment.
Cons: never refused to work extended hours in retail and supply chain levels therefore was suitable for customer services manager.

Recently been retrenched after working 16 years for the same company.
I started working for a Import and Export company after i matriculated. Everything i know is what i have learnt at the company. we were only 7 employees including the boss. I loved going to work and enjoyed what i did. Reconcile bank, post receipts to CRJ and debtors account, print Aged analysis and follow up on outstanding amounts, reconcile creditors, pay creditors,answer phone calls, deal with queries, follow up on container deliveries. Working for such a small company you had to be able to assist all over in the company and that is the fastest way of learning. We were like family with your usual upsets but we would work through them and continue to work as a team to get the work done.
Pros: The working hours was from 08:00 till 16:30
Cons: After my retrenchment it is difficult to find a job since all that i know is what i have learned and been doing for 16 years.

Professional and fast learner
I am a hard working and attention to detail individual. I have knowledge of MS office package , SAP systems I have acquired communicatio, planning and organising, service delivery skills. I am a people's person and get along with everybody even the difficult ones. I enjoy new challenges and solving queries at a convinient tome and give feedback to relevant personnel. I have my own transport and willing to relocate. I am looking at a salary of about 16 000 to 20 000 per month Yours sincerely Nonkosi

Hard working. attention to detail. customer oriented. punctual. ambitious
We receive thousands of materials from different suppliers . process orders. bin the items. issue and dispatch them . got a lovely relationship with colleagues. spending time together everyday makes us one big happy family. We look after each other I have learned to make decisions that benefits the company . always try to do the correct thing the first time. safety first . vigilance is important and also great housekeeping. I enjoy teamwork and success . difficult thing is that I can't say no to extra job. I always prioritise and put in extra hours if needs be
