I have been working at rage for over 3years and working there has been realy good I have learnt alot about some retail work. Working with customers has been really good and challenging.

Excellent gaining more experience
Working at Rage especially if you are casual it quite challenging because in a week maybe am working only two days and that pays me peanuts and am working long hours. Getting into the relationship with co_workers It is very pleasant and am enjoying working with them because am easily adapt in a new environment. What I have learnt about customer service is that I have to put a smile every day and I I've learnt to work with the public and their different backgrounds of life. And I enjoy working with the public because I gain more knowledge on how to communicate with people from different backgrounds of life. The most challenging aspects of the job is that I have to open more account so that I can get money and each and every day there is a target so we have to reach the target of the day which I have to try by all means that I get more customers to come and open the accounts so that they will buy.

I love experiencing new things
Working at rage was a tragic when we it came to management,they treated us badly and wouldn't care if we worked under pressure or not. We worked in a shop and we were working at a store in a team and we were close. The most thing I enjoyed about my work is working with customers ,communicating with customers was something that could lift us up. We worked long hours to reach our targets and worked extra miles.I stayed in that company for years without any promotions and at times they wouldn't give you an increment.

Fast learner
I'm a dedicated candidate and pantual . I am also a team leader motivating my staff also treating both customers and staff as an individual. Manage difficult customers came up with solutions arc.

To become a successful store manager is to be a good leader
I'm a woman with strong personality. Always willing to work hard and go extra miles to get the job done. A very humble and honest person. Can adapt to change quickly and work under pressure have a willing ness to learn from others A typical work day. I have to be focus on everything I'm doing even if is not easy to get the job done. I had a good relationship with my staff we every I go I learn to share my experience with them. The good customer servicewe have towards our custermer help as a lot to make money I have lean a lots and being a managet you have to be strong and understanding toward customer and staff I enjoy my everything especially communication with customer Is to dismissing. U have to do what is right

Opening new store
I have learnt how to open new stores and manage all the finances within budget. How to deal with accounts and administration. Banking and merchandising. I have been manager for the overall store and fixing stocklosses for other stores. Making sure of security is tight and keeping the store clean neat and tidy all the time. I have learnt alot and because of the other experience I hav from the store I worked before Rage which is Pep stores. Where we deal with alot of money and admin there and planning of staff and everyday tasks for each staff. My challenges both stores was short staff and protecting the stock bt l managed with team building and passion for all of us. Even here Rage we work as a team. And here because it's a growing company opening a store is not easy. Have to all the store your in the system and getting contact with head office all the time until everything it's done.
Pros: Yes there was a great opportunity for promotion but it's not easy because they are still opening new stores but every time we get visitor is impressed
Cons: very long hours. more than 10 overtime hours a week. I just do not have time for my family

Excellent learning curve
My work starts at 7:30 and end at 17:30. I have a good working relationship with my co workers. I have learnt a lot from my work. To be a leader. I enjoy taking initiative and i enjoy being the leader to my team. I work independently. Working in retail is challenging because i have to make sure i make the targets . I manage the stockloss. But it is exciting at the same time to be able to manage all that.
Pros: but opportunities for promotion are not great.
Cons: long working hours in every retail.

Learning curve
Solving customer complaint and quarries.scheduling of staff as well as providing customer service to customers.opening of New accounts to recruit new business.merchanding and housekeeping.receiving of stock and dispatching of it as well as recording it down

Experience in fitting nd turning
As a student i would like to have a job opportunity in fitting and turning am a hard working person love what i do all the time and am a team player nd like to communicate nd learn from others nd i dont give up easy
Pros: as a student working hours doesnt matter as long as am done with my job nd i like woking hard nd communicate nd to work as a team nd am a hard woking person who talks her job serious nd love what i do because i like to do my job perfect all the time
