Prime Meridian Direct Reviews

Excellent learning curve

It's a target driven environment With few opportunities to grow and develop. I am seeking something that relates to my field of study with opportunities to develop my skill set. I have learned alot from this role including the ability to work well under pressure and the ability to communicate effectively with prospective clients.

Pros: Target driven environment
Cons: No opportunities for growth

Needs passion and persistence everyday

You need to be hard working everyday. Reach daily, weekly and monthly targets both for yourself and the team you are in. Requires a lot of dedication and sacrifice a few Saturdays and your lunch breaks to get to as many clients as possible. You need to stay focused and very determined to succeed.

Pros: Commission
Cons: Commission affected by a lot of things. You can end up not getting any for the month.

I enjoyed the first three years only, thereafter the structure fell apart

The first three years working at Prime Meridian Direct were alright, considering that it is a special risks company and not comprehensive the company did not recognize my insurance qualifications and leaned more towards masters degree criminology graduates since all clients are apparently criminals. It did not suit me for the long run, definitely no growth opportunities at all for any person sub executive directors.

Pros: Bonus structure
Cons: lots of overtime and always understaffed, you have a helf life as a claim investigator.
