Excellent learning curve in terms of mergers and acquisitions. Multilevel and multifaceted training

The organisation was challenging as it was going through a lot of mergers and acquisitions and I learnt a lot about doing due diligence. Skills development became and integral of to ensure that all manpower is on the same level to ensure salary equity. Typical day will be consulting various department regarding training needs based on disciplinary hearing, in-sourcing, production changes, performance appraisals and development plans. I got along very well with various levels within the organisation
