My life at Premier Foods
Work starts at 07h00 everyday except on Tuesdays when we have Driver Invocoms. I start off by reviewing sales figures and returns from the previous day. I have learnt to be patient and negotiate better especially with Pakistani shop owners who always try to get a deal. My job is challenging when it comes to speaking different languages because I work in different countries and people there behave and do business differently from South Africans

The Premier Way
The day would start with morning coffee INVOCOM, discussing yesterday, work completed, snags etc. planning and requirements for the new day and job card discussions, time keeping etc. business planning and meeting scheduled visit suppliers and negotiate deliveries and cost, services & just building on the relationship. respond to emails and conducting workshop inspections on workforce to assist with advice or querries. assisting to get the job complete and looking back at the final product. once the job is signed of and the check sheet is completed, it is a success story
Pros: There is opportunity for growth to more senior positions
Cons: long hours on the road to visit sites

Excellent learning ability and deligent communication.
We communicate daily about the work progress involving everyone in the business. Any gaps that might evolve is communicated and together come with the solution to control it. If any complex issues ,we treat them with respect and understanding each other role. I learn that when you have any difficulties communication is very important and that it keeps you up to date. I enjoy working with people ,socialize with them and like to learn new things .I like to work independently with or without any supervision.
Pros: Interested on communication and Flexible to changes .
Cons: Prepared to work on agreed times and also available when I am needed.

Excellent working experience
The job I did required me to be at work everyday. Even if I'm not at work I would be called to come in. Some days I will be called at night to come in. I got used to it but it was draining. Because I would wake up and go to work, come back in the morning to freshen up and go back which ended up being working 3 shifts back to back. The saddest part is that there was no appreciation after all that.
Pros: No room for growth
Cons: Every day work

Driver salesman
Great for experience of sales and marketing as well as driver training customer relationships skills Work hours are very long Pay is an issue regarding over time Staff very friendly I worked extremely hard in this company for over 9 years My files were always balanced cash was never short I was always honest and faithfull Gratitude was not so good from manager Paye was very high Provident fund pay out was not so pleasing either

Fast learner with high attention to detail.
Work long hours no incentive or good emloyer employee communication. Unfortunately communication between HR and ground staff is not very well defined. Doing standby without standby allowance ia not what i hoped for.

To work as hard as possible to reduce bad debts
Time Keeping Deadlines Followup on outstanding payments of overdue invoices, Resolving outstanding claims and Rebates deducted as per trade agreement. Keep good relationships with internal as well as external customers. If work is up to date and other colleagues need help, help if possible. Sending out statements. If a customer needs Proof of delivery get signed pod and purchase order and send it to the customer as quick as possible to receive payment and to reduce bad debts.
Pros: Hard working.Work overtime if needed.
Cons: If i need to work overtime to get account up to date or do do anything to meet deadlines i will go that extra mile.

New opportunity
Start very early in the morning to get any calls form customers that did not receive their order so we could follow up and rectify. Phone for the orders for the following day, capture all orders in before end of day and hand over to the baking manager so he can start baking for the next day. Good communication with my fellow workers. Thus far I have learnt how the manufacturing side of the business works. Very interesting. I enjoy working with people, customers and dealing with queries. The most challenging part is when the customers don't receive their orders and we have to make a plan to satisfy the customer so we don't loose any business .
