I have passed matric and acquired my drivers licence with pdp

Working under extreme pressure as you have to start with in dawn as all customers need to get bread in time and also need to balance the the invoices as I also collect the cash on delivery.

Pros: I am a hard worker and eager to learn
Cons: I have been working long hours under pressure and has been excelling on my job

Excellent learning curve

-I love learning new things everyday. My job is not the same things over and over. -I love working with systems and figuring out the impact it as on HR and my job -I enjoy helping employees with queries and assisting them where possible

Pros: Great flexibilty in terms of working hours, learning takes place continously, Involved in everything
Cons: must be prepared to go the extra mile

Fast larner

We are not being micro managed, we all are responsible for our work. Feed back is given all the time. Our managers have an open door policy, my company focuses on developing its own staff members. We are culture driven and we lead healthy lifestyle. The most challenging thins about my job is when there's multi- projects running at once and one has to prioritise attending some meeting and catching up afterwards

Pros: I m a fast learne and i am a curios person, theres always room for growth for me
Cons: They respect family time, we are allowed to work from home. It depends on a persons disipline, our offices are open everyday if one needss to come in and catchc up that is still alowed

Excellent growing environment

It's a nice working place with lot of challenges sometimes Communicating with different departments for production issues is a common task that I'm facing everday Working with different people with their different cultures and beliefs its kind of educating me of other people's cultures and religions
