Parastatal and therefore stable working environment

Stable work environment but with alot of challenges as well as danger, which staff are not protected against. Due to the dysfunctional inaction between departments, work life became extremely dangerous as when faced with unset clients. Racial quotas incorrectly applied which created an unconducive working environment.

Pros: Stability in terms of job retention.
Cons: Long hours extremely challenging and very dangerous

Environmental management graduate

A confident skilled & capable Bachelor of Art Degree in Environmental Management Graduate with 4 Year work experience, excellent knowledge in Environmental Management, Risk and Safety management System and procedures and Engineering instruction and safe methods of working in the vicinity of near or to clearance from exposed “live” high voltage Electrical Equipment.

Pros:  Promote occupational health and safety within an organisation and develop safer and healthier ways of working  Inspect workplaces and workplace equipment, such as scaffolding, to ensure they meet safety regulations and to identify hazards and risks  Ensure that workplaces conform with organisational procedures and safety standards  Work with engineers and other professionals to ensure the safety of worksites and work practices  Ensure personal protective equipment is being used in workplaces according to regulations  Ensure dangerous materials are correctly stored
Cons: I have safety experience than Enviornmental Management experience
