EXCELLENT LEARNING CURVE
Great working at the company,nice co-workers,working hours are also ideal,working at the company has really taught me a lot of things i did not know i learn something new everyday.what i enjoy most is working with clients on a daily basis, it can be challenging working with different personalities everyday but it is also enjoyable.
Pros: able to give opinion where neccesary
Cons: no opportunity to grow any further than i am now.

Good learning curve
It is a good opportunity for gaining experience in mailings as a whole. I had a good relationship with my former colleagues, we worked well as a team. The most challenging aspect of the job was to deal with angry clients, but at the end of the day you make sure that your customer works out of the store happy. So I learnt a lot on how to deal with such customers, also on sending and receiving parcels, including capturing of customer's information. I enjoyed the fact that we got along as colleagues and had a strong bond that whenever one was down or discouraged,we would talk about it and encourage each other to always be positive no matter what the world throws at your face.

More than design
Helping people that struggles with day to day problems is a blessing. Sending packages is a experience, getting what needs to get where it needs to go is a good feeling. Printing, faxing and designing a customer's vision is were I enjoy most of my day. Being creative is were I feel the most ambition. Getting to know customer's and their stories and connecting with them on a personal but strickly professional level. Developing trust and security with all my clients

Excellent learning curve
It's a excellent learning curve to start when you are fresh from high school if you need to know about logistics,supply chain and courier industry and I feel that I have worked myself up from counter sales to managing the store on my own,I'm willing to learn about the industry it self,looking for something that is more challenging
Pros: You get to learn different aspects of the courier industry,get to meet different customers and their views about the industry,dealing with customers complaints on day to day basis
Cons: You can never satisfy everyone,everyone comes with their own views and opinion on different couriers that they have experienced

Learning good admin skills and people skills
I have been working at postnet for the past 3 years 2 months. In my time here i have learned how to assist people and have enriched my admin skills and I have also learned how to send parcels. I enjoy what i do but u want to build myself up. Sometimes i get to help computer illiterate people and teach them how to do the basig tasks on a computer. I work well with my colleagues.
Pros: Good oppetrunity to gain knowladge of work enviroment other than usual retail

Making quotations for clients intending to send parcels and other services we offer Photocopying and filing Following up on the outgoing and incoming parcels Tracking and tracing of parcels on the internet Renewing of car license discs Conduct general administrative duties Ordering stationery and other office accessories Assisting clients with printing of documents all sizes. Assisting clients downloading important information from the internet Handling internal and external queries Corresponding to clients through emails and fax.

Good for learning
Commission structure was okay, hours a bit long. Staff don't last, and teamwork was poor as a result. Customers relations were good. I Enjoyed my clientelle. I also enjoyed organizing the store, and keeping the flow going. A typical day would be approx ten hours mon to friday. Bickering umongst staff was unpleasant, as I found there to be a lack discipline and structure, as well as lack of understanding customer boundaries. Overall I enjoyed staying busy, and having plenty to do.

Cons: Long hours, lack of teamwork, culture was very low.
