Excellent graphic designer
I am never late and always make sure I'm on time to finish every task given to me on a daily. I've learnt that time waits for no man and time should not be wasted. Working in a happy environment is healthy because it helps make a working day easier. Having a good relationship with the people around you is a tool to ensure that there will not be any found conflicts being developed in that work place, if there are conflicts then that will lessen productivity and if productivity is less that's when working gets difficult. What I enjoy the most is talking to people because I enjoy learning and gaining knowledge from the people around me. People know a lot once taught and I part to learn and understand every thing better because people fear and hate what they don't know. Improving myself is done by me reading books and researching new things.

Excellent training
Pick is always busy but that is not problem for me sometimes employees do more than what is expected as we know pick n pay as big store in retail we daily deal with different people in providing a good customer srvice. I have learned woh to interact with people on daily basis and how to keep calm all the time and stay focus . I enjoy being at work taking orders with respect but the most challenging part is where customer are angry regarding the store issues like prices act and shorts and overs

Its time for New Challenges
I enjoy keeping busy and chasing targets within keeping in budgets. I enjoy challenges and finding ways to get around obstacles this was always a challenge. I had good working relationships with all my co-workers and directors.
Pros: great working enviroment
Cons: Left home at 4.30am every morning and only got home at +- 11.00pm at night rarely saw my children

Every Day with God is a learning experience
I'm a team player, Responsible and reliable, There are not a word as a problem only day to day challenges.Customers is the base line of any business, so show them respect and treat them with dignity.I am a person that resolves issues and have no gray area.I'm a happy person and enjoy the day to day life.I love working with people because it's a day to day leaning curve.

Learning curve
Long working hours and short lunch and tea breaks. Every month end you query about salary and unpaid over time. Promotion is only for some people who r not doing nothing

Life lessons in the work place
my job hardly requires personal input. its black and white. I mostly work with people who have not worked anywhere else so their view of life is very narrow. a typical day includes counting stock, going to the cash office to balance the float safe and being on the frontline to interact with customers. i enjoy working on the computer and teaching my staff more about inventory. challenges include a lot of unnecessary pressure due to bad communication from the powers that be. i also do not enjoy the rigidness and routine but then again it is retail.

The growth of employees at the company had change dramatically. It's benefits in growth aren't, as big as the cost of living in today life. The amount of work given to the some position are huge but the money that covers the work load is not reasonable . The company is still excellent company but growth is not as excellent as, back in the pasts years. I understand that time has change and changes is good to,but it does not have to turn in to a direction that it forgets it employees. It seems that they want a firm environment, that only focus on the business only. There is no inspiration given to employees, so there's no enthusiasts from employees. So there are no good conections between staff. The most important assets to a company is its employees, which makes its foundation.

I have volonteed at receiving department for one year three months iam now assistant to equipment administrator at Pnp head office in kisington my duties are different and iam getting more experience with in the company as they have given me the opportunity to experience a environment.

Excellent learning curve
It a very good opportunity to learn more about customers and how to to handle difficult customers. My co- workers are the most helpful people. I have leaned to be more professional and to treat customers equally with more respect.I enjoy serving customers face to face and telephonically. When customers asking you to help in other departments than the one I'm working at.
Pros: Great opportunity of promotions when you learn and study their blue file.
