I would describe myself as a positive, responsible, intelligent, leader, team player, driven, compassionate, self-motivated, reliable, committed and loyal personage. I am highly creative, artistic individual, with good flamboyance for innovative ideas and a team player who thinks out of the box who is geared up to learn new trends on an ongoing basis. I am an organised individual, I attentively pay attention to detail and my work is always of a high standard and excellent quality. I work well as an individual and a team player. A communicator at all levels and a fast learner with strong record in self-learning and fast paced. I’m interested in a job or career which allow for me to use the skills I’ve obtained if not enhance my knowledge in both a creative and flexible field.

It made a better person
I enjoy working at pick n pay course I get meet different people everyday and a chance to learn different personalities.But those personalities comes with a challenge of having to deal different attitude,And at all times you to be at your best regardless of what's going on in your life. Through it all I one learns to be patient and always to be open minded,and that drive to become a better person in life try to achieve greater and better things.

My company it a big name which pick n pay,we care about our customers, without them there is no business. We sell quality food..evry employees are happy to work for pick n pay

Hardworking
Long working hours Management had favoritism Too much work for a little salary I learn that you have to start small,work hard and I will get where I want. I enjoyed helping customers ,talking to them and the compliments they gave me. There is no union ,the management attitude

Understanding of using system Application program
Like i said i am a fast learner and very committed in my job and i like going extra mile so that I can make my superior happy at all times. I don't want to anger my superior in anyway and i don't want to be a failure in what am tasked to do, because of my hard worker i was nominated for employee of the year for 2010 by Management and i was happy to achieve that award

I have learnt how to treat customers in a right way(customer service)
My duty is to help customers to get exactly what they looking for, make sure that the product is in a good quality (not broken and it's guaranteed) before payment. Customer appreciation will bring an accurate profit to a company because once he / she get a good service it's guaranteed that they might call again
Pros: Im willing to start over a new interesting carreer like this, working in an industry where I can face and help clients with love and patience by myself
Cons: I have a strength when it comes to work, I can strive to work long hours in order to reach a target if that has started as long as that will be a benefit to the company, because a benefit to the company is a benefit to me also (e.g if you don't give strength and work properly in a company become insolvient of which the job for you will also come to an end)

Good Job for self starters who needs to know how retail works
- typical working day start wit taking goods from the stores to be placed on shelves, bar-coding the shelves for accurate and relevant prices. - Mostly end of the month we have stock taking in the shop. - I have learned how to do stock taking, pricing and bar-cording. - I enjoy stock taking and helping customers particularly the elders. - I have to wake up as early as 3/;am in the morning to start working at 4:am, it ws very difficult for me as i was not used to the routine, however i got used to it, i also struggled at first with stock taking as i was nit familiar with it before.
Pros: Is a great way to start somehwere and keep motivating yourself to work harder to achieve your desired goals.
Cons: sometimes you do stand in in an emergency where you have plans, however is team work and a good trait to have.

I have experience of working as scanning clerk also, cashier, Packer. I work for Shoprite 7 years so I do have a lot of experience when it comes to retails

Im learning more about to take the responsibilities
I'm the young guy but I'm learned more than my time I spent at pick n pay -.I learned how to take your responsibility to the stock -how the team spirit works to push the work accondingly. -without communication as a team the work doesn't go -we got the time to go and relax our mind like going playing soccer ball as a team or stuff member.which we build the communication and team spirit as we're a stuff :-the most challenge is as we know it December time more are coming in bulk but we have the shortage of storeroom/warehouse so I'm responsible to be take care of the stock and make sure all stock are in a good places.
