Excellent learning curve

It's a nice working environment it's not too crowded. Staff becomes family instead of colleagues. You enjoy learning new merchandising techniques. The company offers basic needs such as food and transportation.

No growth

on a daily base it is a good environment to work in, over the years I have developed a good relationship with my staff. Being with the company I have learnt so much in the on the job trainings that the company provides each year , being with my staff and making sure the daily rules & regulations are being followed makes me more happier.

Pros: None over the past 4 years ive been waiting for something but nothing comes up for me.
Cons: working 10 hours shifts sometimes can be hectic.

Good communication skills

It's a 8hours day, doing merchandise, stock control, sales, cashier and customer services. We work very well with my co-workers as a team. I have learned so much from my co-workers and my experience, I have learned skills like communication skills, customer services skills but I enjoy customer services the most. My challenge is to be firm with my clients because you find difficult people sometimes that are just there to test your character but neither the less I enjoy them.

Pros: You get an opportunity to grow yourself
Cons: Standing for long time

Excellent

It was great to work with people who knows why they come to work and people who understand that customer service is the key for the business. I had a good working relationship with all the staff.I learned that teaching your staff what you know and letting them to share some ideas and you consider them it create a good working relationship and customers are also helped in a good manner.I never learn to fight any staff member or top management. I enjoyed seeing customers happy ,reaching budget and having happy staff members at all times.The most challenging of the job is when you deal with difficult customer and when you don't reach a budget.

A good company to give a head start

It's a good company to work for, but I believe every house has its problems. Most of the time things get out of hand when you encounter senior management who currupt the chain and procedures of the company unti it leads to a point where employees are very unhappy and uncomfortable to work in certain conditions or environment.

Pros: Very rear opportunity
Cons: Retail hours

Still Learning.

I'm wiser, stronger and alot more knowing of boundaries. The enjoyable part of it is interacting with diffrent people everyday, I love that and believe that it my calling. It's hectic, tiring work but it's what I do.

Pros: Learning to work with diffrently personalities
Cons: No room for growth. It's stagnant.

Not going anywhere

For me it's not really a challenging job,i don't see myself grow in the company as opportunities ain't offered. I want to see myself driving my own car,having my own house in 5years to come but if I continue with this company I won't go anywhere
