To be focus and well organized

I have learned so many things ever since I joined the Pick n pay company. I always set my goals for a day.I have a good relationship with my colleagues, we understand and respect each other work. One of the things I have learnt is to be panctual and professional and through that I have gained a lot of experience, How to accommodate different character and adjust to them.I enjoy working with people ,to be an asset into a company.To Run Business and to offer the best quality customer service.It not easy to run a big shop with different costumers and workers.I have to be calm and focus everyday not to panic when I encounter a problem .

Good place to learn how to multi task

Itshepo a very Google place to learn more about multi task because u Hatoyama attend the tI'll while u have a trolley full of clothes to Menchadise on the floor store ,u have to help customer on the floor when they need help and we call tht multi tasks

Hard working person

at my current job im a supervisor and i can also do cashier work.. do cash up n merchandise clothing the people i’m working with is very friendly and works good in a team .. i like to work hard and am very good at communicating and customers service.. all the departments in working in is always neat and tidy...

Day to day employment for entry level

On a daily basis we run a good customer service business whereby in the morning i register yesterday's refunds and exchanges that took place afterwards i place my money in till, go to the sales floor check my stork on my department merchandising while assiting customers, we rotate on guarding our change rooms. We Use the telephone from time to time calling other branches of stork availability then phone customers to inform them, we clean the store as we are about to close. On a daily basis you come across different customers with different backgrounds,attitudes,values,stress at the end of day all i do is to offer them the best customer service.

Pros: Offers breakfast and lunch.
Cons: Internal management mistreated staff due to gender

Good learning

I've learned alot with pnp infact, I am a relieving manager,what I do if the manager is not available, I am acting as a manager, so I receive stock using SAP, do pick ups and banking, guiding the stuff when they merchandise.

Pros: great opportunity for experience
Cons: long hours and earnings very little
