I am a graduate with B-tech in Production & Operations Management and I also have National Diploma in Production Management and I have obtained a certificate in Human Resource Management as well as certificate in Method-Time Management (MTM-X for Workstudy subject through Tshwane University of Technology and I also have RE(FPI) I was previously employed by Nissan South Africa (Rosslyn Plant) in the capacity of Quality Control Auditor from 20 July 2005 to 31 March 2007 and I am currently employed by FNB as a Sales and Service Consultant and I also have 1-year experience as a Transport Supervisor at the Limpopo Department of Health & Social Development (Bela – Bela Hospital)

Learning area

working environment is good with friendly co-workers. have to improve on the top management leading skills. I enjoy working on the shop floor. I learn more about diversity and IE techniques. Most challenging is the priority of different task needed to be accomplished

Good communication Skills

I have excellent Interpersonal, Communication and Strong Analytical Skills. I am a very dedicated and like to think of myself as a Go-getter. I have knowledge of and am competent in, the use of Microsoft office including, word, excel, Out-Look express, Internet and e-mail, SAP, RGT, Lead IT (CRM system) Spreadfast and Chrimson (Social Media platforms). Since I joined Nissan I have learnt a lot about the Dealer network and the used car market. Like to think of my someone who has a really good relationship with my co-workers and work well as team. currently what is challenging about my job is making the dealers trust you and in the 6 months I have been doing the job it is coming along very well .

Growth

I have more than 6 years working for Nissan south Africa, I have a lot of experience in warehousing, stock control,admin.production control, parts control. I work with a group of 6 people which report to me, what I love and enjoy about leading is that I get to learn and know different characters of people and how to handle each individual and also how to over come the challenges we get here at work.

Learned a lot

Vast experience regarding quality from supplies and manufacturing processes and vehicle manufacturing.customer queries and warranty trends. Countermeasure evaluations from parts manufacturing to durability evaluation.bulletines and field fix recommendations.

Pros: Great exposure to supplier processes abroad.

Time for a change

Nissan is a great company to work for and backed by a bigger group, Bidvest. Nissan is very family orientated and there is a balance between work and personal time. Enjoy a typical work day with helpful and fun colleagues. I have learnt alot working in a bigger group and understanding a different working culture that i am use to. I enjoy the product we are selling and the variety it offers. The most challenging aspect of my job is that it is sales orientated and with the current financial situtaion we are in, clients cannot always afford the product or listed on ITC. I have to meet maybe 10 clients to get 1 client approved for finance.

Fast pace, high stresds working environment

No Defined working hours. Only thing is that the work must be done Deadline! orders must go through else line will stop. Working with all sectors of the plant Working with other countries makes time lapse an issue
