working in financial services is very monotonous because there is strict red-tape because of the risk that is associated with the position and the organisation. your know what is expected, so there are no surprises

Looking for sumthing related to my studies
I worked at dhl supply chain here most of my exprience is from, i had to leave dhl cos of my husband who was sick . So i stayed without a job for 3years and i found the job at nedbank .

Drafting renewal proposal, resoving building queries, analyses property surveys.
Day starts with reading emails and providing quick responses where possible from there move on to follow up e.g. renewal proposals and updates on queries.

My working experience
Working at the bank is always challenging, the day always gets me excited and willing to serve clients with a friendly attitude. The people that I work with are always friendly and supportive even on the rough day, the simple make work more enjoyable. This is where I've learnt and experienced more values of teamwork.working towards a target is always a challenging environment to leave in, but through the kind of experience obtained I have managed to achieve most of my targets by 150%.

Turnaround times in a busy and big portfoli of clients
This is a challenging position with lots of work to go through in one day. Deadlines could be unreasonable but the expectation is very high. I enjoy working within a team of eight members. There is a great deal of admin work that goes hand in hand with the volumes as the portfolio is big and busy with applications and turnaround times sometimes giving a headache.

I have done Banking Services Advice and I am currently doing my NQF level 6.
I am an energetic, ambitious woman who has developed a mature and responsible approach to any task that I undertake, or situation that I am presented with. I have excellent experience in working with others to achieve a certain objective on time and with excellence. I really appreciate and enjoy working for Nedbank Bank and I have really gained so much experience in global payments and exchange control and alot of team work from my self and colleagues.
Pros: I am a hard worker and very excellent in dealing with clients external and internal, I able to communicate effectively telephonical and in person.
Cons: I work 8 hours and more in overtime if there is a need
