A typical work day includes assessments administration, report writing and giving feedback. I may get a request for one-on-one assessments feedback which may include career guidance. I enjoy giving career guidance and feedback to employees who've gone through the assessment process. It gives me great pleasure to watch them progress and grow within the company.

Excellent

Good company to work for. With lots of opportunities to grow. However the call center department doesn't really give one a chance to explore certain avenues.

Learn a lot in accounts, billing, technical queries and activations

No communication, tossed fro and to....unstable environment, it was great thought to work with my current team....but the company doesn't uphold the work ethics...they try to save costs so much that they won't mind taking temps under an outsourcing company..... exploitation

Pros: Bonus according to your performance
Cons: Not wanting to convert temps to permanent, delay what employees have worked hard for and look for unnecessary mistakes....threats to lose your job, you can work as hard and exceed their targets but still won't be worthy of a conversation

Excellent learning curve

My daily working day will be to assist client who need assistance with their Dstv account whether i technical,billing or just a general query. Relationship wit co-workers is an amazing experience for me because i get to meet different people from different background and culture which allows me to learn more languages.This also learn a lot from each individual as we all have different experiences. Learnt patience is more important when it comes to people in general whether it a client or a co-worker it still means the same in different ways. I enjoy helping clients and i enjoy the environment it always a vibe and competition amount teams and also among individual. Having to deal with an angry client and having to find a way forward to satisfy the client course sometime client doesn't always know what they want.

Excellent learning curve

Very good career beginner .with many great opportunities.a place for young people to be groomed and a place where dreams are made.a great company to work .it allows everyone from diffrent backgrounds the same chance at a better proffesional experience and life.

Excellent learning curve

Work well with others shared ideas & knowledge in meetings assisted customers pleasantly and they always leave with a smile, the most challenging aspect was when I dealt with an irate customer

I learn that a customer is always right.As a customer service person you always give a customer a good information according to a campany law.You must always be a positive person at work.I was always enjoying to get a challenging customers.
