A typical work day for me would be to assist customers with their queries and make sure do that with care because at the end of the day, we are the ones representing the company

Good learning experience

Working at multichoice is always busy and fun at times. The people I work with are amazing and they male coming to work interesting. Being able to assist customers is key and makes work more productive because at the end the customer is happy.

Exposure to new technologies

Learned new technologies and had a great mentors and was a great mentor myself. I also learned how to lead a team and be responsible for their growth and the ability to do the job. I had excellent relation with the internal clients simply because they knew that they can always count on me to do the job.

Great opportunity to learn

I learnt a lot from working with a demographical segment, which gives me a chance to learn different characteristics and how to deal with certain individuals. Working with different customers has taught me to be more good in communication,leadership, discipline and willing to help. My colleagues were always there to help when there are things I do not understand and we had a great relationship, we were more of a family than colleagues.

Great learning experiences presented everyday.

My morning shift starts at 7 am. As I sit in front of my computer, I'm expected to log into the system and start assisting customers. I'm given a 15 minute tea break and an hour lunch break fur entire 9 hour shift. My relationship with my colleagues is great. We have great fun in the workplace. Each one makes sure that the working environment is lively as we are in the Social Media department. I've learnt that punctuality is very important in corporate, I've learned that submission and adherence to authority is highly important. What I enjoy the most is the lunch breaks, the impactful engagements I have with my tramleader. I also enjoy the liberty given for one to be creative in their work.

Good growth

It was hectic but nice to work in that environment, always busy monitoring staff and service levels.this job kept me on my toes all the time,one couldn't put there guard down, my challenge was not been able to implement some tools to make working easy for staff and better experience for customers.

Customer service training

Working in a call center is very fun and challenging because u meet different kinds of people everyday telephonical,some are rude,some are happy, but as an agent u have to be always polite and energetic so that you give the best customer service ever on every call u take or make. I have learned that a call center agent is de image of the company before you can even get to the CEO.

Pros: Time management, good customer service
Cons: 12 hours
