Great working experience

Its a great platform for customer experience great working environment, a stepping stone and a growing platform. I have learnt to be patient and understanding. I have learnt to control my emotions for not every customer is polite. I am calm . I enjoyed working with the team, had a strongest team and I also had to be independent.

Pros: great platform to start a carrier if you are customer oriantated
Cons: long working hours and working on sundays and holidays

Excellent

I am a hard worker,very disciplined,i enjoy working with people who are hard workers with the aim of achieving goal of an organization.I am a team player,i believe that ever body must participate in order to achieve what is required of us by the organization to achieve goals of the organization. I have leaned so much from my previous team leader,we were working together,hes was not my boss but as one of us, he was working with us to achieve company goals,especially when there is a deadline to be meet,we worked more hours until that goal is meet.

Excellent

I have worked in the call center environment for a long time. I have good relations with colleagues and it has taught me to work better under pressure And I have learnt to keep calm no matter whats the situation.

Easily works in a team or alone and adapts to different working conditions.

No day is the same as the previous day. I've learnt to be cool under pressure and not to be scared to make descisions as neccessary. I've learnt that you must have a good team working with you, no man is an island. Give challenges the time they deserve so that you can overcome them. Working with people from other OPCOs makes you appreciate the different cultures and personalities. Sometime it seems you're taking to people from a different company.

Excellent curve learning

we worked according to the supervisors instruction and pay full attention to what is he saying.i had a good communication with my colleagues so that it will be easy to reach our daily target by sharing various ideas.

Average working excellence

Everyday is a new day I face different challenges daily but are well taken care of. I have a great team we work great together and always assist each other there is never a dull moment. I have Learnt to manage things independantly. I have enjoyed our team buildings the morning meetings and working as a team.

Great knowledge and skills

I have gained a lot of knowledge and skills through working in different call centres environment for various businesses. I am computer literate and I work very well under pressure and I believe that I can be great asset to the company. I am very innovative and have good communication skills. I believe I will be able to provide the required degree of professionalism, accuracy and competence to my work

Great company to work for

In my 8 years within MTN I learned quite a lot. Knowledge, insight and innovation are the top strategic goals of the company. Leadership qualities are nurtured and encouraged. The company exist in over 22 African countries hence streamlining process is a key performance indicator of every employee from Top management to operations level. Employees are professional and goal oriented. Various activities are practiced throughout the organization to encourage team work.

Committed to the success of the business

I create a working environment for the teams to develop and realize their full potential. I apply situational leadership in all situations. Importantly as well is to focus the business towards customer centric culture in order to ensure customer loyalty. Bottom line management is the thrust of my business approach through cost management interventions. what I like most about my job is to employee engagement in order to find continuous improvement solutions for the business. I will interacting with the board in order to ensure that shareholder expectations are met.
