Well spoken character

i have been in a call center department for four years now and have experienced strain, hard work ,sacrifice , compromise and putting your self in someones situation before concluding. i have learnt that the is no way you can survive in a work place without patience and dedication. well i enjoyed working because i have a very strong drive to achieve and loved communicating with customers. the most challenging aspect i have experienced were to accept rejection telephonically

Good working environment. Employees are easy yo work with. Great opportunities to grow and learn as an employees . good managers and supervision. The salary is good

Good opportunities

I am currently working for mtn ...working for mtn is a great curve for me for growth not in the working indus try only but mentally as well... working as a team or alone is the strongest ability that I have gained since I have been working for mtn.. mtn's working invironment Is excellent because you learn e new thing each and every day...it is such a prevalege for working for this big company

Its lot of leaning when you meet different customers across the worl

My responsibility are help customers with the problem on the turn around time and making sure that are happy and making sure that service and products are always available to them and also do merchandising and ordering stock and doing monthly stock take and annualy

Learning curve

i work to asist client with new contracts and existing conracts with upgrades, i also assist clients with querries on their accounts and work to get them resloved, it may be client not receiving their monthly bundles or their number is locked etc. i also assit client with in store cash purchases and help them to set up their handsets to get them started. My responsibilities are also to log querries on their respective systems to assist clients. I assist client with any issues they might have and direct them to the relavant departments if we cant assist at store level.

Excellent job opportunities

Long working hours,work well with my colleages building our relationship,i learnt a lot,on how to deal with customer, solving problem,handling complaints provide technical support with client. I enjoy talking with my client every dayand the challeng was to deal with those irrigate customer and give them good services.

Excellent Learning curve

I have had extensive customer service experience in the office environment, retail sector, insurance, sales, administration and telecommunications industries, giving me varied skills and the ability to work with many different types of people, and engaging with customers from different walks of life. I believe I could adapt and fit easily into your team. I am a focused and determined person who works hard and pays attention to detail. I'm flexible, quick to pick up new skills and eager to learn from others. I also have lots of ideas and enthusiasm at the work place.

Good experiance opportunity when you are fresh from School

making sure the stock is being counted on a daily basis, i have a great relation with my co-works even though we only communicate via Skype, i have learned to be self disciplined because i work alone on site with no supervision and it made me grow as a person and develop my professional skills and the importance of carrying out task on time. working with different personalities and rendering customer service The most challenging is that there is no room to Grow in this line of work, i need to learn more and expand and Grow in this industry
