Great knowledge and skills
I have gained a lot of knowledge and skills through working in different call centres environment for various businesses. I am computer literate and I work very well under pressure and I believe that I can be great asset to the company. I am very innovative and have good communication skills. I believe I will be able to provide the required degree of professionalism, accuracy and competence to my work

Good Experience
It was a great experience I met alote of people from different cultures an I got to learn different languages . The working conditions were very good clean environment an respectfull people . As co-workers we worked well together alwas assisting one another . I have learned to be more humble an patient an assisting customers in a good and polite manner. Changellenges we faced after many changes were made on the networ we experienced alote of network problems with leaded to high call volumes and many frustrated customers even loosing some customers .

Salary not pleasing as per responsibilities
Work life not balancing with personal life especially with working sundays. Also company not offering any induction or training to it's enployees, you swim on your own to get to know the systems and staff not friendly at all to assist.

Excellent Learning Curve
Did the job of 5 people in the digital marketing and sales department for 8 months due to the fact that the roles were not filled. Ran projects on my own which I love doing (marketing, Communications, media,sponsorship and events) I'm used to working long hours early morning to early morning due to sponsored events. Most challenging aspect is taking time off. I have a good relationship with our clients and suppliers. I work well with my colleagues. I have learnt that there is nothing wrong in asking for assistance when you are stuck.

Growth opportunity
I may showcase my more than 5 Years B-BBBEE experience. I can only add value and demonstrate that B-BBEE is a business enablement Strategy and not a Compliance tickbox exercise. I have steered MTN Group from a level 6 to a level 2 on the old framework. MTN Group currently is a level 4 on the new Amended ICT Sector Code. I enjoy my work daily and I’m very particular and work with a spirit of excellence. Always meeting deadlines and planning at least two months ahead. I have good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. My biggest challenge at MTN Group is getting buy in from executives. Getting their buy in is what I appreciate mostly. I enjoy adding value and assist other business units in achieving their objectives. Overall I want to assist MTN Group in being the best empowered organization in the ICT Sector.
