It is a great working environment, the colleagues are friendly and the training is awesome. I enjoyed the company culture and the challenges were external clients however I managed to overcome it.

Good company but salary not good

Good company great colleagues Typical work day start at 7.30 am -3.30pm . I am an EDI assessor. It an interesting job, claims assessing is interesting, working with claims and figures. Good company great colleagues, my colleagues is real fun to work with, they are team players and very helpful. I have gained a lot of knowledge and experience in this company. I have gained client service and claims experience. Most challenging aspects is the paper claims that is unclear and incomplete information received with paper claims.

Great skills gained

I have worked for MMI for 7 years in total moving from various departments. Have had a great working relationship with all my colleagues. My skills have developed tremendously. I enjoy the independence give to me in my work.

Great learning curve

Good relationship with co-wrokers. I've learn to go with the flow and not be rigid. I've learnt to take care of myself and put myself 1st. I enjoy the flexibility of working wherever you want and going to the office when its absolutely necessary.

An amazing opportunity

It examines structured data with regard to incidents of financial crime. The aim is to discover and analyse patterns of fraudulent activities. Redflagging of fraudulent policies/policy owners are done on a daily along with investigation of the behavioral activities of suspects. I work in a team of 9 members (me being the youngest in the team) we have become a work family. In our team we embrace the work culture, strengths and weakness of one another.

Pros: Gaining of experience and expertise in Forensic Data Analysis
Cons: Lack of career growth (promotions)

An exciting career journey

During my work experience at Momemtum Metropolitan, I was fortunate enough to have experienced firsthand and learned, many different sides of what goes into a project, the general process of how a project is initially planned, developed and completed; as well as how much work and detail goes into every stage. Another valuable lesson I have learned was that there were the many different types of work an Data/Business Analyst and project leader has to perform, which in turn, have provided me with more insight into the different types of roles and responsibilities that I could perform.

Great experience

inbound call centre, different kind of queries, it's a never a dull day. queries are challenging but rewarding as one learns each day and can be prepared for the next query. Team leader is very resourceful always eager to assist.
