What we do as Fund accountant is a work that CEO are doing. Some CA's don't even know what a set of Financial statements looks like, but we submit 2 or more in a year. We do accounting work from A-Z We process transactions and all the things in between until we prepare financial statements and submit them ourselves to the FSB. We handle all Audit, FSB and actuarial queries ourselves.

Great growtj opportunity

Finding new clients every day can be quite a challenging job because most people already have funeral policies and closing a deal with a client could take some time.tje good thing about this job is dat u van actually work at your place by creating your working hours.

Great learning curve

Working as a financial advisor has taught me self confidence and to challenge myself as an individual and get out of my comfort zone. I've learned to manage my own time and how to prioritise. I am outspoken and feel I can take on any task without any challenge. The most important thing I've learned is to build lasting relationships.

Skill developments and improvement.

My working experience at MMI Holdings produced me to grow in business administration, to provide quality service and outstanding team-work assistance. It mad me develop good communication skills and caused me to strive well when working under pressure. By working with claims I recognized my aptitude for figures. The environment made sure that we strive for diversecity , integrity, and always be accountable.

Pros: You learn alot about yourselve in this environment and you can work your way up.

I'm working as financial advisor and I'm really enjoying to work as advisor because I work in the fields I meet with different clients with different needs the challenge about my job you always have an disappointments but it really train me and I really i enjoy to work from this company commission is so good

-Support diary management activities in order to effectively - schedule appointments. -Arrange detailed travel arrangements and compile all the relevant documentation for travel-related meetings. -Co-ordinate all the components (logistics, catering etc.) of events, meetings and functions within budget and specifications. -Provide secretarial support (agenda, minutes, action plans etc.) for the preparation and successful execution of meetings. - Support the flow of information within the Group Skills Development Specialist's office, ensuring that matters requiring attention are handled speedily.

Enhancing problem-solving skills

I've been working at my current company for more than 5 years, where I've learnt, amongst other things, how to meet deadlines successfully despite challenges. Not a month goes by without facing issues and sometimes unique challenges for example data incorrectly captured leading to profits over- or underestimated. Adjustments have consequently to be made to ensure accurate figures. This has sharpened our problem-solving skills. Teamwork and accountability are our greatest strongpoints as we work together to achieve our monthly goals. I enjoy healthy relationships at my workplace.

Love a challenge

I gained valuable experience after 19 years in different IT departments (Helpdesk, User Support, Anti Virus Administrator, Security Specialist, IT Governance administrator and Software and Licensing Manager), which makes me perfect for any position as IT SAM, IT Service Manager or SAM Compliance Manager. I have a strong personality; care for people and believe in good communication to solve problems. Self-understanding

In taking this role I understood that it was a step backwards for me in terms of my career. However for what I was losing I was gaining something and learning more about myself. My company is a 15 minutes drive from home, it's a very relaxed and friendly environment. From a personal point of view I've learned that sometimes 'you have to move backwards in order to move forwards'. I've also learned that there's more to life than money.

Excellent

since i was hired by MMI Holding they taught me how to communicate and understand different types of culture background. I really enjoy to work as team working for insurance company taught me a lots in terms of honesty and integrity. This job made me realize that dress code is the most important tool and it describe the type of job you doing. Insurance taught me the professionalism
