Good environment to work in great experience received

Miway is a good company to work for on a typical day I normally into the system as usulay have a prayer meeting then after team meeting talking about the plan of the day. We have great people in the company whom are able to provide us with the best answer to our questions fun to be around and always looking forward to helping you. What I have learned at MiWay is to never give up have patience and also know you clients. I really enjoyed having fun days incentive to keep you in the loop and doing your job with pride. The most challenging part is not having sales getting objections true out the day or even getting too expensive quotes for the da. elping you qy sign in

Great company culture

- Integrating third party SBC device with in-house proxy servers. - Recognition awards for 2017 Q2 for top performer. - System development and maintenance of the Sales dialler campaigns. These dialler campaigns attempt on average 250 000 calls per day and on average 25 – 30 percent of the calls are answered. - This is in part because I handle the day to day CLI changes in order to get better contact ability. (trucaller being the main reason as numbers are marked as SPAM). - Completed UI Path academy training: Business Analyst

Good learning curve

I learnt a lot at miway. It gave me a platform and it laid a foundation .Pressure at work does not scare me anymore infact I manage so well under pressure.

Telephone skills,customer servives, target driven

I would like to grow ,on my skills,practice more on treating customer fairly working with customers,i have learned more about products and more insurances learninb how to close a deal with difficult customers,i can take objections thank you to miway and more confident now always looking forward for the next day

Learning curve is great

The sales are good but the working hours are very long and I don't get to spend a lot of time with my family.... My wife doesn't allow me to speak to my co-workers due to personal reasons

Encourages hard work
