Excellent opportunity to learn.

Great opportunity to learn and grow I have been promoted twice in the year and a half. I have positive work relationships with close coworkers the job is challenging in sense that I deal with different queries on a daily basis

Good communication skills

I learned alot in terms of client caring and to work under pressure with different kind of people.And also to reach the company target always also maintaining a work balance..I learn more about team work and how important to share work load as a team

Deadline driven

I am responsible for the communication between my company and the Brokers we work with as well as their commissions earned on a monthly basis. I love working with people and being involved in different projects. I also enjoy working with stats, facts, etc. I get pleasure from accomplishing difficult tasks and seek to finalize before my deadline.

Excellent learning curve

It was great working there never went broke plus we would do fun staff just to loosin up and we would get incentives every week it was fun exciting and a learning experience

Good learning curve

I learnt a lot at miway. It gave me a platform and it laid a foundation .Pressure at work does not scare me anymore infact I manage so well under pressure.

Excellent learning curve. thought me to be calm under pressure and work hard to meet deadlines.

typical work day consist of cold calling clients to offer then new products as well as incoming calls to make sales from. a very friendly environment, pleasant to work in i have learnt a lot of things such as time keeping, meeting targets and deadlines, being polite and friendly,and enjoying what you do. i enjoy most making money. challenging aspect i would say is getting hold of a client via cold calling as t is mainly voicemails.

Learning curve is great

The sales are good but the working hours are very long and I don't get to spend a lot of time with my family.... My wife doesn't allow me to speak to my co-workers due to personal reasons
