Telephone skills,customer servives, target driven

I would like to grow ,on my skills,practice more on treating customer fairly working with customers,i have learned more about products and more insurances learninb how to close a deal with difficult customers,i can take objections thank you to miway and more confident now always looking forward for the next day

Great company culture

- Integrating third party SBC device with in-house proxy servers. - Recognition awards for 2017 Q2 for top performer. - System development and maintenance of the Sales dialler campaigns. These dialler campaigns attempt on average 250 000 calls per day and on average 25 – 30 percent of the calls are answered. - This is in part because I handle the day to day CLI changes in order to get better contact ability. (trucaller being the main reason as numbers are marked as SPAM). - Completed UI Path academy training: Business Analyst

Good company to work for

I am seeking a position in a dynamic environment where I can pursue future goals. My experiences thus far,has been Invigoration to my knowledge which I intend to enhance. I’ve learnt a lot in my company

I have one enjoyed my job but I don’t anymore, it’s become monotonous and I need change, I need a new environment and a new opportunity, working at my company is the same thing over and over so a big change is what I need and a bigger opportunity as I am always undermined where I work and I don’t see myself growing here as I have such a strong will for what’s fair is fair and I stick to always being loyal and honest and they just can’t handle that

Advanced career Growth

It lovely working fo I enjoy most of the time ay the company and it was a learning curve environment as I deal with differentr the companyand I working with difficult clients on a daily basis and I grow careerwise and as a person I am grateful to work in an environment like that as it helped me to toughen up and to find myself and my inner self

Great diversity

Contact centre. 14 years experience in claims administrations with outsurance, miway and king price. Pressurised environment that keeps one on their toes at all times and requires multitasking and high level of accuracy as mistakes can not be tolerated
