Good company to work for
A typical work day include attendance and maintenance of all electrical failures and breakdowns.The relationship with co-workers is a normal working relationship with good corporation to minimize down times and delays.I have learned that team work make the work easy. I enjoy most the corporation, mutual respect and the good working environment.

Excellent learning curve
My typical work day will be to focus on the target and main objectives of the company, I am a good team worker and like to be a team leader when working in a team.I have learned good and sound corporate culture across diverse groups and can fit in ethical professional corporate culture across the groups.I enjoy everything about my role and responsibilities and meeting targets and adhering to strict deadlines.I have good interpersonal and communication skills and very good accuracy and high attention to details.

Good learning
The most challenging part is only when u find that the people you working with they only based on counting all the mistake you do but not looking at the good you most do for the company.and my relationship with the company its 100% .and I have learnt that good communication to the people will lead you to good destination. I also enjoyed to work overtime and travelling a lot...

Working at Minopex
Working for Minopex is interesting and challenging, because as a contracting company we operate and maintain process plants in the mining industry. It allows me the opportunity to work with mining giants like Anglo Platinum and Lonmin. The most challenging aspect of my job is managing people, production, machines and safety in order to provide the best possible product at the lowest cost and with a high standard of safety.

Hectic at first but it is worth being here
Very busy in the morning's with everyone wanting to do and finish with their assignments, it is like a family business we understand each other and am always willing to go extra mile to help everybody.I like the fact that the job keeps me on my feet and that fits my style of work. The worse case scenario is when someone want to put his or interest before the company's interest

Experience in platinum processing
I studied and obtained a Diploma in Metallurgical Engineering at Vaal University of Technology in 2017 and N3 Certificate in Metalliferous Mining at Vuselela College in 2008. I am currently employed at Minopex working as a Metallurgist in the new comminution plant (Crusher plant) .

We work 8hrs a day, overall its great
MMinolex is company operating plant for clients, we do maintenance and also manufacturing.. we also do installation, advice client on new equipment to optimize plant

Great learning Curve
The environment challenges and allows for non specialized roles thereby allowing one to learn about multiple facade of the operations . The work space required high level of commitment and dedication while there is little room for error because we working for a client. The company structured is lean allowing for contact with exec management but the company culture is the is hierarchy and it seems to be difficult to grow which in the company, it follows that not only excellent job takes you through but knowing someone important is key .

Cons: Long working hours & no opportunity for promotion or growth

Good exposure to safety
Have learnt a lot about safety and the mining legislature. My office admin skills improved. Over worked with little appreciation. most of the times I'm in the office and only do field work during acting periods. tired of doing the same thing over and over without growth
Pros: Good company to gain experience and training
Cons: Given roles and responibliest outside my scope of work and no remuniration
