Excellent learning curve and knowledge

Regarding the Client service position currently advertised please find attached a copy of my CV for your consideration, Having worked within the industry for over 5 years (client services) that has taught me most of finances background .have developed a wide range of skills that would meet, and exceed the expectations for the role. In my present role as a Call centre Agent for metropolitan health gems (claims specialist & call centre agent) unit I been a debt collector for 4 months in outbound and managed to reach my target every time. Excellent Learning Curve

-On a day to day basis there is liaising with customers and service providers, telephonically, and Team Leaders/Managers. When needed. -There has been a platonic relationship with management allowing to open doors for responsibilities, trust and self management -flexibility and attributes leading to growth such as self management, managerial skills. -There are, however, days when service providers and customers can be difficult and/or the work load can be more than overwhelming. Team Leaders/Management is there to assist and to provide good service to our customers till a point you have matured into the role. -With may requirements to accomplish and targets to reach such correspondence, processing claims - handling tariffs, etc. It is safe to say, one becomes multi-skilled.

Organisational Culture and Challenges

I working in a very challenging environment, that have continuous changes which I have to implement. Sometimes it is not easy to work with the Managers that are hard to convince in buying-in the changes, Managers that are not aware of the technological advancements and psychological effects thereof. However I am working with a very supportive team that ensures that we provide valuable support to our Business Partners and are being trusted by our client. What I enjoy the most is the achievement of my HR objectives and honoring of my service level agreement with the client.

Learning curve and full of experirnce in medical industry

my relationship with my co-workers is super they like a family to me and I’ve learned a lot from my current role, but now I’m looking for a new challenge, to broaden my horizons and to gain a new skill-set what I enjoy the most is my role that im doing (assisting our members/clients) sometimes its frustrating if other department don't do their job as a front line of the company members are taking out their frustration to me but hence I am good working under pressure and problem solving I always find a way out.

Cons: hours are normal

Excellent leaning curve

My duties include assisting members as well as hospitals and doctors with general queries to reprocessing claim for payment. I am a lovely person to work with I never have misunderstandings with anyone ever so I do have good work relationships. I do enjoy what I do as it is very challenging and every client is different.

Cons: you can bring your child to work weekends

Friendly environment

The company is great to work for. Just unfortunately they don't have an open policy whereby they do not make the employees aware of how the company in struggling financially.

It was a learning curve

Working at Metropolitan health taught me a lot more about customer centric, respect ,positive attitude towards my colleagues as well as our clients at large . I am really pleased that I worked for this company .all of opportunistic

Computer skills and people skills

administration on a daily basis, investigations, claim processing, email correspondence, handling incoming calls. relationship with colleagues is good. good habits and hardwork. do not enjoy anything anymore on this Job. Difficult queries that needs urgent resolution and have limited skills/capabilities on.

Excellent

My current work experience at Metropolitan Health as an Admin Assistant exposed me to a very busy and sometimes challenging administrative environment, It also exposed me to different cultures, languages and obstacles, but I tackled every situation to the best of my ability. I work well in a team environment as well as being able to work independently. I am a dedicated and meticulous person, I am always eager and willing to learn. I consider myself to be a person with great sense of responsibility. I have a pleasant personality and I enjoy communicating with other people and I perform well under pressure.
