A learning curve

Working for Metropolitan health has been a great experience, i have learnt a lot on how to deal with difficult members and members whom are frustrated and mourning. how to be a team player and how to turn an impossible situation into a possible one

Excellent experience

Great learning experience

dealing with an irate member and still remain calm be able to give answers to that member, I am a team player with greater efficiency. I have learnt to confirm benefits, reading of claims and processing of membership applications. I enjoy assisting members coming up with solutions solving clients queries. The most challenging aspect is delivering bad news like when claims are not paid by the scheme and member has to pay from their own pocket.

Interesting

Worked with a great team that strives for personal growth and has team work. The team was under bad leadership which led to morale breaking down and resignations

I’ve learned to multi task and also work under pressure.

It is a good company with poor management styles. There are lots of things which are not considered. They only care about productivity and does not really care about the well you their employees

Excellent learning Curve

My current role to be taught me patient, to listen and communication skills. As i am working with a medical aid have learned to appreciate small things and be grateful of life. it make me happy when i can hear that i have given the customer the satisfaction they were looking for. The most challenging aspects of my Job when i feel helpless due to the processes that have to follow, benefit exhausted member needs there.

Providing excellent service to our client and be the ambassador of the Company

- Ensuring the resolution of client queries and aim to achieve first call resolution Maintain goodwill of the company by upholding the SLA standards - Investigate queries where necessary and provide timeous feedback to the member - Interpret the query and determine appropriate path of resolution - Escalate queries where necessary to ensure member satisfaction - Accurate logging of information for statistical reporting purposes

Excellent learning curve

I enjoy what I am doing at the company, I'm just getting bored of doing the same thing everyday. We are more like family, than colleagues at work. I never experienced problems with any of my co-workers. A lot of what I know about administration and medical scheme regulations comes from working at Metropolitan.

ECXELLENT

i worked with metropolitan health as contact center agent i was administrating for gems medical aid and processing claims for doctors and confirming the benefits for the members and doctors and worked with all the clinical things when a member wants to be admitted at hospital and others factors that all members of gems can face in the medical aid of gems and also we were working with the hole call center of the gems medical aid.
