as independently. I am a very fast learner. I am very proficient in all Microsoft packages such as Excel spreadsheet, formulas, specifically pivot tables as well as Power Point as well as SAP CRM and BW Portal. Collating and compiling reports, analyzing data and giving in-depth feedback efficiently. In addition to the tasks on my portfolio, I currently perform all PA duties to the Sales Executive. I have sales and training experience, a wealth of customer care/client relations experience, computer program knowledge and office admin duties/management as well as training agents/recruitment. I will be a grsaeat asset to your company and that is a promise I currently have 13people reporting to me I am very punctual and reliable I am extremely good with time management I am self-motivated, dynamic, vibirant and able to adapt I am a complete professional, I don’t bring personal issues to a workplace, I work very well under pressure and I am able to multi-task, I work very fast but I still pay attention to detail I always make sure my team is highly motivated and is always encouraged to come to work, I work well in a team and also work alone, if I am required to do so I am a people’s person and I never shy away from a responsibility

Short summary of experiences

Your business you run it but you need to show results
PLOC.Planning,leading, organizing, controlling.To analyse the business set targets control expenses ,control shrinkage staff development, customer service.Most enjoyable to see that all plans work out to the better and rewarded for it to work with happy people.

My learning curve
Daily activities includes: Security reviews, daily stand-ups and risk reporting. We have a rigid work-reporting culture, the people (line managers) they try their best to be there for those reporting under them. However, I still feel the gap between races as well as gender. Though I have learnt to be resilient and determined to achieve

Good way to learn
I am a stock controller, my work consist of merchandising, costumer service, stock rotation and organising the shelves keep the store neat and tidy. I enjoy making promotions thats the best part of my job, the hard part of my job the long hours I work and the pressure. It's a good learning curve you get exsposed to retail.
