Good business to learn from but not a life time job to be in
Work is not so challenging, tough dealing with some people. The company does not pay well and does not provide much opportunity to grow if people see you can perform well in your current position. Annual increase is terrible and not willing to understand workers positions. Don't get paid accordingly.

Creative team at Game
I had the privilege of working closely with the GAME Creative team. Where I learnt how to do Animated mailers, I Designed all Digital Designs for a campaign called 12 Days to christmas, where I created Socials post for, Instagram, Facebook and twitter. As well as Tv/Web/Homepage/Strip banners and Layouts for catalogues and Leaflets as well as ROPs.

Excellent company
The people working at massdiscounters are awesome and tend to help you whenever you need it. The salaries need to be reviwed as they are below par however. The work from home requirement of being available for 24/7 work is seriously problematic as i cannot prepare myself for between personal and work. this needs to be reviwed. overall, it is a good company but management needs to take care of how to ask employees to yield their time to the company over and above the normal working hours.

Recruitment
Working for Mass discounters have been beneficial for in a sense that I got full exposure with various factions in HR disciplines. The company promotes company engagement and employee wellness. Its been a great experience and sadly due to financial constrains the company cannot afford to make us perm but other than that its a great company to work for.

Retail environment has helped in broadening my knowledge in Business Analysis in other aspects of the business. I have worked in the Business Systems and Processes division with the main focus in Store Development. I have assisted in coordinating projects.
