Typical Work Day
A typical would include providing support to management and team. Deal with telephone and email queries. Manage the timekeeper system. Organize and file paperwork. Order stationery. Resolve payroll queries and HR queries. I have a good relationship with staff and co workers. I have learnt to work under pressure and to be deadline driven. I enjoy working in the secretarial field as I love to be organized and attention to detail. I don't find my job challenging at all, maybe because I have been working in this position for 10 years now.

Thrown in to fix problems
Continuosly fixing problems after a company restructure. Built good working relationships with colleagues. Have learned lots arounds processes, compliance, supply chain and promotions into africa. I enjoy the afric business. The most challenging aspect is that the exco does not understand the challenges that the employees experience.

Excellent at first but no room for growth
The atmosphere has deteriorated due to retrenching of staff and the lack of stock made the job extremely difficult. There was no room for growth even though internal management training courses were completed. There were no motivation or support given by the buyers and planners to carry out the job efficiently.

Good business to learn from but not a life time job to be in
Work is not so challenging, tough dealing with some people. The company does not pay well and does not provide much opportunity to grow if people see you can perform well in your current position. Annual increase is terrible and not willing to understand workers positions. Don't get paid accordingly.
