Excellent learning curve
Due to restructuring within the group, half of our internal and external sales were moved. I am now busy about 60% of the day, which is not challenging enough for me. My relationship with co-workers are excellent. I am respected in the sales and marketing department and my co-workers look up to me. I have learnt that giving your all and taking pride in your work pays off as my line managers show their appreciation. I enjoy organizing events and receiving positive feedback from our customers with regards to the event. The most challenging aspect of my job is working for 3 managers, who all have different personalities. I would like to further my career in events and that is the reason I did a 2 year course to obtain my diploma in Entertainment Events Management, which I thoroughly enjoyed.

Team work and working under pressure
I’m a qualified draughtsman with 2years experience. I’m looking for a job anywhere in the country. I have 2 years drawing with AutoCad and Sigmanest. I’m self motivated and hard working person. I’m willing to learn more and gain more knowledge on the draughtsman work

Goo communication skills
Place and receive orders on SAP system. Get along with my colleagues including my manager. I've learnt SAP and different types of steel material, eg stainless steel, aluminum and carbon. Challanging part is when I have to source material we've never sold before and when I have to urgently source material for for every one at the same time. I love everything about my job, even the challanges.

Some room for improvement and learning new skills
Work environment is ok. Benefits of medical aid and decent salary. Not much room for progress and no formal training provided to empower the worker. Lots of restructuring

Excellent working curve
It a good working environment..i enjoy working with other co workers.i have gained more working experience and still willing to learn more..Macsteel is a big company and with more that 10 000 workers so i learnt that i have to work hard n always put more effort in everything or every task given.

Very very excellent learning curve
Training and working for macsteel tupe&pipe is the best any trade artisan can ask for especially fitters, we are a very grate team of artisan working hand to hand with each other,learning new things everyday mostly executing most challenging tasks collectively or individually when ever challenge arise. My typical work day is doing preventative maintenance, service and brakedowns.

Great experience
The company is big so you have an opportunity to grow, you just need patience and prove that you can work hard. I am used to hard work and the pressure was enjoyable, however if you are not target driven and are not willing to put in extra hours than this isn’t the place for you.

Hard worker
Am like to work on both teams and individually divers companies.I good in finance and accounting, team player and I alway build strong professional relationships with my Co-workers. I learnt to respect my job and time management. I enjoy working in more challenging task and working with people who respect their works. The most challenging aspect with my job is that I alway deal with different peoples with diverse personality.
