Broadend my experience within the industry
Advising private and corporate clients on various financial instruments that incourages good saving and investment habits, and to effectively secure their financial future by managing various risks facing private and corporate individuals. I love working with people from different ethnic and cultural backgrounds. In a team I pull everyone together to effectively use every individuals unique talents to work in harmony not merely just to make targets but to push the boundries of what we see as possible. Being in sales all my carreer has made me a disciplined worker willing to go the extra mile to achieve and over achieve in any challenge i take on. I like looking for challenges and taking on tasks head on, seeing it through step by step to the end.

Its time for change.
I perceive myself to be a driven individual who applies diligence in every aspect of life. I am optimistic, motivated, success-driven and inspired person as well as objective and embrace the challenges that life brings forth. Communication is experiences.one of my strongest attributes. It enables me to liaise with people from different cultures and backgrounds, as I also enjoy encountering new ventures, working with people and learning valuable lessons from their life. In my three years as a Quality Assessor, I gained many valuable skills and exposure to how different business units operate. I believe it’s because of the passion I have when it comes to being customer centric and meeting or exceeding our customer’s needs. I also obtained the following certificates Assessor, Moderator, Coaching and Mentoring. I am very analytic and enjoy compiling reports with detailed insights and providing recommendations.

Great exposure
Knowing that you assisting clients in being financially free is always a great accomplishment Learning and growing as an individual Being exposure to new people and different cultures Understanding the important role insurance plays in ones life Typical day would be early morning calling clients scheduling meetings and then doing prosposals before client meetings. Seeing 3-5 clients a day

Working with people
I have learnt a lot being around such individuals however i have always allowed myself room for improvement and learning as we dont know everything. I have a wonderful team and we work well together. Being a supervisor also always me the opportunity to motivate my team not only about work but also in their personal lifes.

Typical day at the office
My typical work day would be to check up on emails and follow up on previous days work. Complete any administrative duties. I then make contact with some clients to either provide feedback or obtain business. I always maintain good relationships with my colleagues as i believe in team work and support and value the imput of my colleagues when needed. I am always looking for opportunities to learn new things and take on new challenges. What i enjoy most is being busy, being able to leave at the end of the day knowing that i have completed another successful day be it work or a satisfied customer. Customer service as always been a big part of my journey and I believe in great customer service.

Wonderful work Experience
The Liberty culture is one that cultivates unity and family. We constantly thrive to create a cohesive and common message. A 'one voice' culture that puts the customer at all that we do. This may sound like a marketing pitch but it truly is what we try to live by. I have learnt that hard work is nothing without direction and support and needless to say co-workers have become family members. And in an environment that becomes stressful at times it is important to have colleagues you can trust and that are dependable. Challenges include balancing business needs and requirements with compliance to regular procedure and managing relationships with stakeholders.

My career at Liberty
I am currently a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Liberty since 2016. My working day consists of ensuring Liberty's sales force is fully staffed. My function entails continously advertising, interviewing and conducting psychometric testing on candidates in order to get the best and most competent talent for Liberty. Liberty is an awesome company to work for and my team consists of young dynamic individuals. I have gained immense knowledge of the insurance industry and the most satisfying part of my career is to assist the business prosper by providing them with the best talent as well as helping people progress in their careers. The most challenging part is to attain talent for this role which is at times commission only,however I ensure I do meet this part. I am currently the most successful specialist in my team of 12 Recruiters. I have gained numerous awards for my effort.

Joined Liberty to further my career, I have gained alot of knowledge since joining
I am a financial advisor, this requires me to go out and see client's. Cold calling, calling of referrals. Excellent working environement. Love being able to help people.
