A trypical work day

Every day is unique. There are no two days that are the same. Assisting IFAs to engage clients and provide employer solutions to best fit employer and employees is always different. I make be involved in benefit design with employer or IFA or be conducting training to IFAs or employers or involved in marketing exercise, business meetings with joint venture partners or driving sales converting quotes to secured business. I also represent my employer at industry level and at regional level. Having tea with deputy mayor, is all in a day's work. All sorts of varied duties come my way and I welcome the challenges that this brings

Pros: Teamwork makes the dreamwork
Cons: High risk rates poor investment returns

Learning curve

As a manager I have supported and provides leadership to the Solution Architects in the maintenance and efficient operations for all areas of my responsibility. I have worked closely with the Client Managers to co-ordinate activities and resources in support of projects that impact multiple departments, systems/workflows with low to moderate risk complexity or multiple projects simultaneously with lesser risk or complexity.

Pros: Growth
Cons: long working hours

EXCELLENT

WHERE I AM RIGHT NOW IT IS ALL ABOUT WORKING TOGETHER TO MAKE A DIFFERANCE IN A WORKING INDUSTRY, HONESTY AND LOYALTY ARE THE NUMBER ONE PIORITIES BECAUSE WITHOUT IT THERE IS NO GROWTH AND THERE DOOM, I ENJOY WORKING PEOPLE, PEOPLE TEACH ONE ANOTHER TO PROSPER, I ENJOY IT WHEN WE CELEBRATE EVERY EVENT FROM BORN DAY TO BABY SHOWER. WHAT IS CHALLENGING IS SELLING TO PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT INTERESTED.

Pros: GREAT OPPOTUNITY FOR PROMOTION
Cons: LONG WORKING HOURS

Want to take on something more challenging.

Always early at work. Try to be the last person to knock off. I'm quite investive, what ever I put my mind to is what I will make sure by all means that it happens. I work well with clients, even better with co-workers. I'm a team player. Not very selfish when I don't need to but I put others needs before mine . I enjoy socials, especially with co workers and competitors.

Pros: I did Marketing as a major at Tshwane University of Technology
Cons: Long hours

This was a very good company to work for and will go back any day if the opportunity comes along.

My work experience at Liberty Health was excellent. I love to work in a team and relationship with my co-workers was very good. I enjoy the most talking to patients and doctors and assist them with hospital, doctors rooms procedures or with scan pre-authorisatins. I like to assist with a one stop call resolution. My typical work day was mostly on the phone or in the back office. In the back office I worked closely with the medical adviser and assist with getting approval for certain hospital procedures. Assisting to get all the necessary documents and sent it to the medical adviser for approval. i have learnt a lot by standing in as a Team leader for months. Specially with working closely to the team, by assisting them with difficult calls from doctors or members.

Pros: --The working hours was not to long. It was like a normal 8-4 or 9-5 job.
Cons: Promotion did not come that often.
